CrossFit Camrose is a one of a kind training facility. You will be hard pressed to find another place who offers the same level of service, in so many different health and fitness areas. This is because we believe in a holistic approach to health. In fact, we aren’t your typical CrossFit gym at all. Sure, we use some of CrossFit’s fitness methodologies but we also care about keeping you healthy and not simply getting you super fit. That is why we have workouts for quality once a week. These workouts allow our members to move a little slower with high focus on movement quality.
Our nutrition services are also unique. This is because each individual is unique. Everyone has different goals, strategies, and lifestyle. We work with all of this to create a habits based program that gives you results.
Fundamentals are now done in a 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 setting. With this personalized approach, we are better able to dive into each person individually. This way each person can feel comfortable asking any questions they may have and can get the most out of each session before joining our main group class.
