What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that helps people achieve their maximum fitness potential. CrossFit is defined as “Constantly varied functional movements preformed at high intensity.”. It helps any one wanting to become a fitter them, whether you are just starting your journey in health and fitness or you have been working out for multiple years. The program is the exact same for those competing in the sport of CrossFit or those who just want to improve on personal fitness.
CrossFit Camrose has given me back my confidence! I love that I get to go to the gym and feel supported by the coaches and other members. Everyone is so supportive that it makes it so much easier to want to show up every single time. It is so much more than just a gym!
